Terms of use

The following key points of the Privacy Policy are only brought for your convenience. They are not a substitute for the full policy:

1. Information we collect. We collect information you provide us in the registration process via the social network you have selected. We also collect your indoor and outdoor location to provide you with better results and information via the App.

2. Using the information we collect. We use the information we collect to operate the Artishok Hub App and provide its features and functionalities.

3. Sharing the information we collect. We may share your information mainly with our contractors and service providers, strictly for the purpose of helping us with the internal operation of the App and fulfilling your reservations.

4. Retention. We will store your reservation history and billing information for at least 7 years as we are required to abide by the applicable laws governing the operation of our business. We will retain your registration information for as long as we deem necessary for the purpose it was first obtained.

5. Security. We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage and unauthorized access or use of information, but these measures, just like any security measure, cannot provide absolute information security.

6. Minors privacy. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to use the App. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children who are under 13 years of age.

7. Policy Amendments. We may change this Policy, in which case we will seek your consent to those changes if they are material. Artishok Privacy Policy We at Art Tech Shock Technologies Ltd. (“Artishok”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the accepted privacy practices for our mobile application (“App”). It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your personal information. The App provides content and information concerning real-estate’s and provides the option to purchase service from such real-estate’s (“Additional Services”). You do not have a legal duty to provide the information and providing it is mandatory to use the Service offered via the App. If you refrain from providing the required information you will not be able to complete your purchase or to get any responses for inquires you make. This Policy is combined into our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and is a part of them.   Personal data we collect Registration. In order to purchase the Service, you may register via your Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn accounts. The categories of information we retrieve from your social network account are the scope of information that such social network makes available to us by default, according to your privacy settings. The information we collect in this manner typically includes your full name, email address, profile picture and other profile information such as date of birth and gender (“Registration Information”). Note that your social media account is subject to its own privacy policy and terms of use. Comments. We also collect content that you make available on the Service, such as comments about your use of the App and the respective real-estates, that content is not treated as private or confidential and you should not have any expectation of privacy with respect to it.   Payment information. We accept payments through PayPal and credit cards supported by PayPal. If we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order, with email notification to you. In order to complete a purchase via the App you are required to provide us with your credit card information. Should you wish not to provide payment information you will not be able to use the Service. We do not store your payment information. We use a secured payment services platform for that purpose. For more information please read the Terms. Use of your smart device. When you use the App, we will monitor your location in order to provide you with real-estates nearby your location. To this end, you are required to make sure the geo-location and Bluetooth functions are on and accessible in order to check-in once you have arrived at the selected real-estate.   Analytical information. When you use the App, we will record and collect certain information in relation to your use of the App, including: geo-location, time and date of access, keyboard language, clicks, preferences, frequency and scope of your use of the App, the duration of your sessions and reservation history. Geo-Location. Subject to your consent, we have access to your geo-location (even when the App runs in the background of your mobile device). This includes, your location in the Real-estate and outside the Real-estate.   Footage. When arriving the Real-estate, you should bear in mind that we might place cameras in public area’s. We used the cameras strictly in order to count how many people occupy the real-estate’s facilities at any given time. We do not collect images or other footage processed by such cameras, but rather receive the number of people present at the real-estate. This helps us to operate our App and offer users like you only locations that are available and report occupancy level. We don’t guarantee that such feature is operated in each Real-estate available in the Service. Device information. We may collect information about your mobile device, including its model, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, including MAC address (a unique identifier assigned to your device’s WiFi component), the UDID, browser type and language, mobile network information and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you accessed the Service. All the aforementioned information will be referred to as “Personal Information”   ? Use of Personal Information We may use Personal Information outlined above for the following purposes:   * Operating the App and providing its features and functionalities; * Contact you about inquiries you made; * Develop and improve our App, and to improve and enhance the services and content offered on the App. * Sending you updates and other communications related to the App; * Providing you with support, handling complaints and contacting you when we believe it is necessary; * Enforcing the Terms and this Policy and preventing misuse of the App; * Complying with any applicable law and assisting law enforcement agencies and competent authorities, if we believe it is necessary or justified; * Taking any action in any case of dispute involving you, with respect or in relation to the App. Sharing Personal Information We will not share your information with third parties, except in the events listed below:

* We will share your Personal Information with the real-estate’s you booked through the App. You may be contacted by real-estate personnel after your information is shared in order to properly accommodate you during your stay. You may receive push notifications from the real-estate staff whilst you use its facilities concerning communications that may include updates and promotional materials. You will have the option to respond to such communications. You may ‘opt-out’ of using your data for promotional communications at any time by sending an email to our support service at support@artishok.io.

* With our service providers, suppliers, third-party vendors and partners in order to operate, maintain and enhance the App;

* If you have breached any agreement you have with us (including this Policy), abused your rights to use the App, or violated any applicable law, your Personal Information may be shared with the competent authorities, law enforcement and third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling of the violation or breach; * If we are required to disclose your Personal Information by a judicial, governmental or regulatory authority;

* If the operation of our App or Service is organized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (e.g. due to a merger or acquisition), we will share your Personal Information to enable the structural change. Security and data retention Retention. We will store your billing and reservation history for at least 7 years. This is required to abide by the applicable laws governing the operation of our business. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as we deem necessary for the purposes set forth above. We may delete any information from our systems, without notice to you, once we deem it is no longer necessary for the purposes set forth above. Safety measures. We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. We also request our affiliates to implement such measures in order to secure the information we provide them. However, although efforts are made to secure your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute protection. Please note that uninstalling the App from your device will not cause your personal information to be deleted from our systems or from the Service. Minors We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about minors. If you are under the age of 18 please seek your parents or legal guardian’s consent to use this App. Policy amendments From time to time, we may change this Policy. We will provide you notice of such changes through the App interface or, if you are a registered user, by sending you an email notice. If you disagree with the amended policy, you are required to avoid the App and we may terminate your account.
